Initial Hook up Fee - $145.00
No hookup and initial towing fee of any passenger car shall exceed $150.

After Hours $25
For towing a vehicle between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. or on any Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, an additional fee of no more than $30 per instance may be charged.

Holiday $25
For towing a vehicle between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any holiday, an additional fee of no more than $30 per instance may be charged.

Weekend $25
For towing a vehicle between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. or on any Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, an additional fee of no more than $30 per instance may be charged; however, in no event shall more than two such fees be charged for towing any such vehicle.

Medium and Heavy Duty

At Soot Happens Towing & Recovery, our medium and heavy-duty impound rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, with an initial hookup fee starting at $750. Additional costs may vary depending on the vehicle's size, weight, recovery complexity, and storage duration. Vehicle
Impoundment Release Requirements
To retrieve an impounded vehicle from Soot Happens Towing & Recovery, the registered owner must be present at the time of release. The owner must provide a valid government-issued ID along with either a current vehicle registration or proof of valid insurance. Both documents must be up to date and match the vehicle's information. Additionally, all fees and charges must be paid in full before the vehicle is released. No vehicle will be released to anyone other than the registered owner unless prior arrangements have been made and properly documented.
